The best way: from the tool itself
Every tool page has “Help improve this tool” at the bottom. Use it to report a bug, suggest an improvement, or ask for a tool that does not exist yet.
It is the best route because the message arrives attached to the tool you were using, along with your browser and window size — so the first reply can be an answer rather than a question. Replies land in your HelpySelf inbox, and you get an email when one is waiting.
It needs an account, which takes a moment and is also what lets us reply to you.
You get the credit
If something you report gets built, your name appears on that tool's page and on your own contributions page. You can turn that off in your account if you would rather not be named.
