Terms

The tools are free to use, with or without an account. You may use them for anything lawful, including commercial work, and you keep every right to whatever you put into them and whatever comes out.

Please do not use HelpySelf to break the law, to process material you have no right to, or to attack the service — automated abuse, attempts to overwhelm it, or attempts to reach other people's data.

We can suspend an account that does those things. We will say why.

We work hard to make these tools correct, and we test them. We cannot promise they will be perfect, always available, or right for your particular job.

Check the output before you rely on it, and keep your originals. Do not use HelpySelf as the only copy of anything that matters — the free plan deletes saved files after 30 days by design.

So far as the law allows, HelpySelf is provided as-is and we are not liable for loss arising from using it. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited.

Pro is €4.99 a month or €49.99 a year, charged through Stripe, renewing automatically until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time from Manage billing. Cancelling stops the next charge; you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your saved files stay for 30 days after that before being deleted.

Prices can change for new subscriptions. If you are already subscribed, your price does not change while your subscription continues.

If Pro is not what you expected, write to us within 14 days of subscribing and we will refund it.

If something we did caused you a problem — a charge you did not expect, a feature that did not work — tell us. We would rather refund you than argue about it.

As an EU consumer you also have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days. The paragraph above is meant to be at least as generous as that right, not to replace it.

These terms and the tools themselves will change as HelpySelf grows. Material changes to what you are paying for are sent to you by email before they take effect.

The date at the top of this page is when it last changed.

These terms are governed by Danish law, and by the consumer protections of the country you live in where those give you more.
