Share Photos
Runs on our server, not on your device.
Share photos online as one link: a shared photo album with its own layout, pages and password.
- Drop your photos and videos in — or paste them, or bring camera RAW files straight off the card.
- Arrange them: drag to reorder, turn any that are sideways, and pick the layout, pages and how long the link lasts.
- Press Create gallery and share the link — with a password if it should stay private.

About this tool
Share photos with one link instead of forty attachments. Drop the pictures in, choose how they sit on the page, and you get a single address to send — a shared photo album that opens in any browser, with nothing to install and no account needed on the other side. It is photo sharing the way it ought to work: full quality, no adverts, and nobody asked to sign up just to look. To share photos online from a phone or a laptop, you do not have to sort anything first. Drag to reorder, turn the one that came out sideways, and the preview shows exactly the page your guests will see — square tiles or a masonry wall that keeps each picture's shape, one to six columns, and pages of a few rows each when there are hundreds. Video sits in the same gallery as the stills, and camera RAW files are turned into JPEGs from the picture the camera stored inside them, so you can share pictures straight off the memory card. It suits the moments a chat app ruins. Wedding photo sharing, where every guest should get every picture at full size. Event photo sharing after a party, a club trip or a school concert. Or simply a way to share photos with family who do not use the same apps you do. If it should stay private, add a password — it is asked for before a single picture is fetched — and let the link end by itself after a day, a week or a month. Private photo sharing rarely needs more than that. Think of it as a photo gallery maker that hands back an online photo gallery rather than a folder. The pictures live in your own storage here and are served through signed links that expire, the gallery page is never indexed by search engines, and you can stop sharing at any time from the My work page, which ends the link for everybody at once. Switch on “Let people add their own pictures” and the guests can fill the shared album too.
Frequently asked questions
Do the people I send it to need an account?
No. The link is the whole credential — whoever holds it can open the gallery, on any device, with nothing to install and no sign-up. You need an account to *make* one, because the pictures are stored against yours and someone has to own them. If you start before signing in, the pictures and settings wait in your browser while you do, and are back when you return.
How do I share wedding photos with all the guests?
Make one gallery, put the link on a card, in the thank-you message or in the group chat, and everybody gets every picture at full size — no app, no account, no forty separate downloads. Add a password if the link might travel further than the guest list. And if the guests have photos of their own, tick “Let people add their own pictures”: anybody with the link and the password can then add theirs to the same album.
How do I share photos with family without putting them on a social network?
That is most of what this is for. Make the gallery, send the link to the people who should see it, and nothing is posted anywhere public — the page carries no advertising, is never indexed by search engines, and each picture is fetched through a signed link that expires. For a family that is usually enough on its own; add a password if the link might be forwarded further than you meant, and set an end date so it stops working by itself.
How do I keep the gallery private?
Two things do it, and they are independent. The link itself is 128 random bits, so it cannot be guessed or walked — there is no gallery number 1 to try. On top of that you can set a password, which is asked for before any picture is fetched, so a locked gallery does not leak its contents to somebody holding the link alone. Send the link and the password by different routes and neither one on its own opens it.
How long does the link work for?
As long as you choose — an hour, a day, a week or thirty days, and on Pro also ninety days, a year, or no end date at all. It never outlasts the pictures: a free account keeps files for 30 days, so a link cannot run past that. You can move the end later with “Set end time” on the My work page, and stop sharing early, which ends the link immediately for everybody who has it. If you like, we email you a few days before a link ends.
What if I have hundreds of photos?
Choose how many rows go on a page and the gallery is split into pages with Previous and Next, so nobody scrolls through three hundred pictures to find the cake. With a lot of pictures the tool picks more columns and pages by itself, and you can change both. The preview is paged the same way, so you can go through every page and turn anything sideways before you share it.
One of my photos is sideways — can I turn it?
Yes. Every picture in the preview has a turn button — hover over it, or tap on a phone — that rotates it a quarter clockwise. It changes the picture that gets uploaded rather than only the way it looks here, and each press re-renders from the photo you dropped in, so going all the way round costs one re-encode rather than four. Video cannot be turned, and neither can a HEIC straight off an iPhone, which most browsers cannot open.
Can I share camera RAW files?
Yes. Almost every camera stores a finished JPEG inside its RAW file — the picture on its own screen — and the tool takes that out in your browser, so a CR3, NEF, ARW or DNG goes into the gallery as an ordinary photo and the large original is never uploaded. It is the camera's own rendering rather than what a raw converter would make of it. The rare file with only a tiny preview inside is marked, with a note to export it as JPEG.
Can I put video in it?
Yes, mixed in with the photos. Video tiles show a still frame in the grid and play in place when opened, with normal controls. The same size limits apply as to any other file here, so a long clip is worth trimming or compressing before you add it.
Can several of us build one gallery together?
Yes. Tick “Let people add their own pictures” when you make it, which needs a password, and then anybody you give the link and the password to can add their own. It is how a wedding or a club trip actually works: thirty people each have four photographs nobody else has. The added pictures are kept on your account and count towards your storage, and nothing is checked or scanned — we have no way to — so every added picture is marked as somebody else's on the My work page, where you can delete any of them.
Where are the pictures actually stored?
In your own storage on this site, the same place anything you save here lives, and counted against the same allowance. They are never public: each picture is handed to the gallery page through a signed link that expires after fifteen minutes, so a URL copied out of the page stops working the same afternoon. The gallery itself carries a noindex, so search engines will not put your photos in a public index.
What happens when I run out of space?
The upload stops at the first picture that does not fit and says your storage is full, instead of failing on every picture after it; the ones already up are kept. A free account has 500 MB, which is a few hundred phone photos; you can delete anything you no longer need from the My work page, or move to Pro for 25 GB. Nothing you have already shared breaks when you are near the limit.
Can I change a gallery after I have shared it?
Yes, at the same link. Choose “Edit gallery…” on the My work page and the gallery opens here with its pictures and settings: add photos that arrived late, take some out, change the order, turn one that is sideways, change the layout or the title, set or remove the password. Save changes and everybody who already has the link sees the new version — nothing new to send. You can also move the end date or delete the gallery, with or without its pictures, from the same menu.
Can I make galleries for more than one event?
Yes, and they are completely separate. Each one has its own link, its own password and its own end date, so a gallery for a wedding in June and one for a school trip in September share nothing but your account. There is no limit on how many you make beyond the storage your plan comes with. All of them are listed under Share Photos on the My work page.
